Strategie & Design im Executive Master
In dialogue with the course director of the Executive Master's Business Engineering at the University of St. Gallen, RETHINK designed an interactive block week on the subject of strategy & design.
The aim of the module is to give the participants an insight into the world of user-centered innovation methods and to place them in a larger context.
In addition to experiencing, applying and reflecting on Design Thinking on a practical case study, the module is rounded off by a theoretical superstructure and high-ranking guest speakers from practice. We were able to win leading innovation managers from SBB, IBM and Generali Versicherung for guest lectures.
A challenge for the participants and also for RETHINK was the step away from competitive frontal teaching and towards active work and evaluation in a team. We look forward to further developing the concept and, if necessary, to entering into an exchange with other educational institutions.
