From the idea to the market

New network technologies make it possible for the first time to use IOT trackers with a long service life. We were allowed to coach the IOT innovation team at Mobiliar on how to create a new product from the strategic specifications. From ideation to hardware development, we used many prototypes and simulations to identify the precise needs of users and test hypotheses.

Thanks to the structured approach, we were able to develop precise use and business cases and validate them with users. This made it possible to identify the exact requirements and features prior to hardware and software development. The agile approach with Design Thinking and Lean Startup with many prototypes saved a lot of time and money
